Wonderful positive experience that was well worth it. Lots of information covered but in depth and in an engaging and understandable way. Trainer John O' Hanlon was absolutely amazing and was so knowledgeable and approachable.

If we had a bigger room it would’ve been a lot easier for John to do the different activities but other than that it was brilliant
