Very good course. I learned a lot today, and the trainer John was very engaging, knowledgeable and paced the class very well.
Course was engaging and interactive while still being informative and easy to follow.

John was a great trainer, he was friendly and held my interest all day and gave us a few laughs. Thoroughly enjoyed the training day. The only thing I would add it would be nice to have drinking water available
