Clear, knowledgeable trainers make the course easy to understand while keeping it interesting and approachable. Attendees value the friendly, patient delivery, straightforward explanations and humour, with trainers actively engaging rather than simply reading from the board. The sessions cover relevant material at an appropriate pace, including a logical demonstration of plough fitment, and provide a useful refresher and update to existing qualifications.
