Ray was a great trainer who made things easy to understand and made it really enjoyable learning. He was thorough and great in his explanations
We all really enjoyed it and found it very informative. There was a good balance of listening and interactive tasks. Was really pleased that the trainer was able to set up and show us our own AED so we all knew what we would be looking for in a crisis.
The coursewas excellent, informative, delivered at good pace with the opportunity to ask questions.

I enjoyed the course as it was very informative and great sence of humour from the instructor made it fun at the same time.
I have never attended a first aid course before. I found that this basic course has given me the confidence to deal with an emergency should it ever occur and help someone while waiting for the trained paramedics to arrive. Thanks Stuart Anderson
