Found the 3 days very good, the trainer had everyone at ease and made it easy to retain the information.

Trainer was really good, giving lots of real life experiences. Asking and answering questions. Very personable.

The course was full of really useful information. Tom was brilliant. Made me feel confident in being able to give first aid. I've learnt lots in those 3 days and to trust that I'm doing my best. Only down side as all online no book to look back on a refer to at a later date

I absolutely loved the experience and Tom made it all the more enjoyable! I have decided since completing this course that I’d like to pursue a career in paramedics. Although i couldn’t rate this course enough, I would have liked a book or something tangible to have with me so I can reference and reflect on what I’ve learned on the course.

Our trainer Tom was very knowledgeable and put everybody at ease.

The location was the only thing that let this course down. It was freezing cold and not conducive to learning as the seating and tables were cramped up. By day 3 the room was finally warm but the seating arrangements just had to be tolerated.

Julie was absolutely fantastic. She was so out going and has a positive bouncing attitude towards teaching first aid. She has given me an amazing first aid experience that will help me teach many others with the knowledge herself and her personality taught me. Thank you so much Julie!!!!

Matt, he's got positive passion for teaching First Aid course. He's answered all our questions and, give hand out lot of information & knowledge about First Aid. He's used lot of different ways to teaching us, ensure Every Single One to be understanding how became Successful First Aid, How First Aid able to Safe Life. I'm very grateful for all Mat's efforts & passion & knowledge understandig the fact as English it not my first language.
