The course was good, however feel this would be more suited to those new in customer service rather than managers with years of experience. The coaching section was good, however feel more time on this and less on the general customer service angle would be better for manager training sessions. Mike delivered the training brilliantly. He was engaging throughout, got everyone talking and involved and showed a real passion for training. Highly rate him a trainer, just feel the course was booked for wrong audience which is not his fault!

Sam was an absolutely fantastic trainer. I really found the course engaging and a good pace. I took alot away from it. 5 stars from me!!
