I really enjoyed today’s session. I was able to learn different delegation techniques as well as use these tools to reflect on the teams performance.

The workshop was beneficial, it provided valuable insights into communication styles and how to work more effectively with different personality types.

Sam was great! She was engaging, personable and very knowledgeable. She led the training efficiently and was patient with answering our questions. The resources provided were very informative and gave a clear breakdown of each behavior style. Overall, I enjoyed the training and would recommend it to colleagues. During the team debrief, more time discussing individual styles and how to improve communication would have been very useful and helpful.
