The presenter is always engaging, knowledgeable and attentive to each group member which is exactly how a hybrid manager should also be so she practices what the course preaches also !

Interesting course on communication with virtual team. Had hoped for more technical tips on using Teams, as have already run a lot of virtual meetings.
