Karen does a great job of getting people to speak and give their input on questions and discussions and ensuring everyone has space to voice their thoughts, encouraging those less likely to speak but in a no-pressure way!

Claire was great she kept us all ingrained. The breakout rooms worked really well.

I found the course very engaging, especially as it was virtual. It would of been great to get the chance to have done if face-to-face.

Well run for a virtual session, ideally face to face but as a mop up session for those unable to attend face to face, virtual worked.
