Patient, knowledgeable trainers who explain complex school procedures clearly are the course’s most distinctive strength. Attendees value the welcoming, inclusive teaching style, constructive feedback and individual support, alongside practical examples, case studies, quizzes, discussions and creative group activities. They find the content informative, well structured and generally easy to follow, covering safeguarding, SEND, child development and policies. The learning builds confidence and equips them to support children and pursue work in schools.

Really enjoyed the course we had a fantastic trainer in Liz
Liz provided a very structured and friendly learning environment and allowed all members to participate fairly. It was very obvious that she knew the content of the course to a very high standard.
Great course enjoyed it provided me with the knowledge I need to move up to a level 3 qualification.
