Its important that tech issues and class room problems are dealt with as we as a class have lost at least 7 hours trying to resolve them. Not enough equipment, equipment provided not working, WiFi problems. No WiFi. Server issues with EBook. I used my own laptop from day 1 and have still experienced lots of problems.
