I really enjoyed the course, I feel I learnt lots of different things to help guide me on the right path. I still feel I need to develop in areas, but I'm extremely happy with what information and skills I have gained so far. I feel this course has helped me start a career I feel I can excel in. Lorraine was brilliant and really look forward to doing the next course with her again.

The trainer Jo Howe was lovely and presented the lessons in a clear and inclusive way that all could understand. She was patient and remained professional yet friendly throughout the course.
