I have thoroughly enjoyed this course and feel I have a good understanding of each framework we covered. Jo was a fantastic trainer and helped us all with anything we needed extra support with aswell as giving clear feedback weekly. I look forward to hearing about new courses.

I have enjoyed the course and know I am walking away more informed and knowledgeable about how schools and colleges operate, what is expected and how to support children and teachers in the environment. Jen is a fab teacher, not only does she know her stuff and deliver it well, her own personal experiences shared help to reinforce lots of the learning. Her unique personality also ensures she delivers the training in an upbeat way.

This was a great experience, I feel I have learnt a lot from the course. I feel I could respond correctly to the worst and most extreme situations I could face in a school workplace and effectively manage the responsibilities of a TA. Jen Eldred is a very supportive and effective teacher. She's clear with her teaching and helpful while making sure students do their work.
I have thoroughly enjoyed attending this course and learning about all the different topics that covers the welfare of children and the education system. I’m proud to have completed this course as it was very knowledgeable, informative and interactive. My teacher made the class a whole lot more enjoyable because of her teaching style, communication and kind hearted energy and this helped taking information in. She was always concerned for our wellbeing and made sure we were okay to learn. The course has so much information to offer and I’m glad I’ve experienced it and I can now walk away high levels of knowledge of children in education, all done in a very comfortable building with good facilities.
