I have really enjoyed the 2 day course. The tutor was really good and informative.
A good course, great tutor and excellent presentation. Good that it is available offline to review the material at leisure.
I've gained insight into the UK payroll process, taxations and legislations, thanks to our trainer Mr. Faiz who provided detailed explanations. I appreciate Zaffirah for her assisstance throughout the program
Very helpful. The instructor is also able to summarise the policies and how they are used which makes easier to understanding everything.
I really liked how the payroll course was tailored specifically to meet our company's requirements. It addressed all the key areas we were looking for, making the content relevant and directly applicable to our day-to-day operations. The trainer was also fantastic—very knowledgeable and approachable, with a clear and engaging teaching style that made even the more complex topics easy to understand.
Nothing to comment - session went smooth since day 1 and Shiela is superb - she delivered very clear the topics, very patient with us to understand the topics esp. the calculation of the tax allowance, NI contribution :) . She is very helpful all throughout the session.
I'm not a numbers person but replicating my comment above Sheila breaks it down very well. Most will be useful in my role as a payroll approver and to answer/ direct employee queries when it comes to UK pay matters.

Shelia was a great presenter and I enjoyed hearing her explain the course. I feel I have walked away with a good amount of knowledge and I feel more confident while using payroll and the legislations attached to it. I enjoyed the interactive parts of the course and Shelia has patience and understanding when unable to complete the task given. I really enjoyed this course.
