Need to add linkage between NAO and "Ceramic" pads in the US market as well explain the common confusion between ceramic pads and ceramic discs

Very informative I found the sections about how pads are made and what there comprised of and why really interesting, I also had no idea about the environmental aspects covered in this training.
Learnt more than I thought I knew from this course on pads.
