Negatives of the course are the same as any online call where lack of interaction can cause a lack of interest.
course was a bit long which cant be helped but helpful information

I’m a mobile engineer and I’ve never had to visit a Thames water site so I’m a little unsure as to why I have had to participate. But that being said the trainer was very knowledgeable and helpful.
