Useful took away a lot of fears around using first aid.
Chris really knew his stuff , very good guy full of knowledge. Any questions I had he answered and gave Scenarios to which the different types of practices apply. I have gone away learning something I didn't know so I'm happy with that. Thanx Chris
Although serious was delivered in a light hearted way
