Thanks Mike I think this was my favourite training session so far.

I thought Craig really practiced what he preached. Great examples used through out the session and treated the training delegates like professionals by allowing us to share our solutions and adding to it where necessary. I would definitely recommend the training to friends looking for similar training solutions.

I really enjoyed the sessions, I think as a relatively green sales Executive it was brilliant to be bought together as a team guided by Craig to utilize others experiences and challenges. I thought Craig was a friendly, calm and overall brilliant trainer who really tried to engage with us all, and host a really great collaborative and engaging discussion in the sessions. When the content didn't particularly suit one role or another he was quick to try and work out solutions and how this could be seen/dealt with in our particular roles.

Craig was great and very personable.

Great delivery of the course throughout. Very interactive and makes you think differently.

A really useful course all round really well delivered and has reminded me of many old practices as well as introduced lots of new methods that will help me moving forward
