Excellent course, Fabulous balance between theory and practice.

This was a well structured and well presented training course, giving the participants a strong platform to build coaching and mentoring skills for the future. The training was intense and fun, with lots of practical elements giving us plenty of practice to develop skills with excellent feedback.

A brilliant 2 days - thank you so much. Such a safe space to be able to test things out and consolidate learning. Loved it and feel so much more confident to get out there and start coaching!

Excellent course. I would be useful to split the PCQ scenarios questions into coaching you'd like for yourself and situations you may encounter as a coach.
