Best training course I have attended. Clare was fabulous very informative gave really good examples and had the patience of a saint listening and answering our questions. Helps to boost confidence is understanding and makes learning and development fun lots of tools to take away and put into practice. The training was fantastic, very engaging and insightful. I feel much more confident now in tackling my job as a manager and as a leader. I will definitely use some of the techniques I have learnt in my personal life too.
