The course has been amazing, I can’t believe it is the end now! This has helped me a lot at woke and and in my day to day life

This part of the course is brilliant. It’s really opened my eyes on how I can manage difficult conversations and when I need to apply assertiveness and empathy. The importance of setting boundaries as a new manger as well.

I really enjoyed today, I learnt a lot as always, Claire is a breath of fresh air and makes it interesting

Role play was useful!

Module 3 was very insightful! I have learnt ALOT about different behaviours of people and also learnt a lot by my own behaviours which I can adapt in certain circumstances but also be able to learn from some of the negative or not so confident behaviours

Training was super fun and interactive that helps to remember the learnings. The sweets and small toys are helpful to keep us focused.
