Joan is one of the best trainers I have come across - great communication, levels of knowledge, examples, personality & interpersonal skills.
Really good lecturer open to questions and has the right expierence to have conversations about different industries
Good course but difficult if you haven’t level five I’m sure !

Very in-depth course with relevance to wide range of businesses. Trainer was very knowledgeable and encouraged group participation. Notes and workshops will be very useful onsite
