Gerry delivered the course very well. The information was very useful and I feel it was valuable to all those who joined. The pre-work was quite a big annoyance for all of us - I felt that any learning should be done as part of the course. It required reading around 30 powerpoint slides, many of which didn't make much sense without a presenter to talk you through them. The pace could have been slightly faster. The review bullet points at the end of the section often had very little bearing on what we actually learned in that section.

The course was very well structured. It was quite fast-paced, but the content volume made it manageable to learn.

Good course I did not have access to some course documentation but that was down to an internal error John is an SME in this field and he knows how to give the questions in more than one way making it easier to learn

John clearly knows the subject well, good presenting and good interpersonal skills
