The trainer has a good level of knowledge and has a good presentation style relax but imparting the knowledge needed
I knew very little about customer services. At the beginning. And now I understand better.and also road signs. Iv got a better perspective of the job as a driver of public transport. Good course
Jhon is a greates trainer and very funny and helpful guy. He is very kind and flexible. I believe i wouldn’t have understood that much without the way he gave us some examples in his career.

I was impressed about the course overall just would like if laptops were readily available as i believe the course would be more efficient most likely we would of learnt at faster pace and would of made trainers job easier.
Iam really happy about this course I would think this could be my career change
