Susan was an excellent facilitator, I learned a lot and it has already made a difference to my confidence with all of her hints and tips and encouragement. Biggest stand out learnings for me were. 1. Saying your most important point first (rather than long build up) 2. Get a specific example in early. 3. How to divert back to your own key message with the ABC technique.

My confidence in media interviews before and after taking this course is like "night and day", so stark is the difference. I would certainly make time in a schedule to take this course - even if one is not planning to be interviewed, opportunistic journalists cold-calling me via telephone has been something of a minefield in my past, and this course has really turned the tables on how I would handle such events in future. Genuinely excellent.
