For someone who has never had media training and was a little apprehensive, the training was an excellent way to pick up tips and confidence. Having the chance to practice 3 types of interview is invaluable - the only way to learn properly is by doing

The training gives you the confidence to talk and being more prepared to give the message you want to deliver. It gives you the techniques you need to have structure to the interview. Overall a really good training session and I have learnt a lot.
