A good well run session by Susan. A lot of detail covered in a short amount of time. For smaller groups, it would be beneficial to incorporate more breaks or conversation. As 2 of us were completing the course, all the exercises felt intense and tiring. Susan was an excellent trainer who provided really meaningful feedback and ‘steered’ out thoughts well.
Confidence building, informative, fun and relaxed. Enjoyable and well paced with practical experience.
