Overall the performance of the content provided by ACI is subpar . The test out labs are frustrating as all hell to use , the content itself in A+ is minimal for studying and i had to use 3rd party websites just to help a new comer to the IT world understand how everything works. ITIL foundations was a great course from ACI and i don't know how they went from a FANTASTIC learning space to A+ , a course that has users searching for answers off their platform . I SAY AGAIN THE ONLY THING ABOUT THIS COURSE THAT WAS WORTH WHILE WAS MY INSTRUCTORS EXPERTISE. PATRICK ALLEN IS THE MAN.
The integration of the materials could be improved. Wonderful instructor
ITVProTV - Videos are detail and explicit, yet not to the point. As a mentor, supervisor and instructor, I would not recommend this videos. They do bring personality into the dry self paced learning although to much as a distraction. This would be OK if they where a supplemental material 14 days before class as an introduction and what to expect. I would rather partner with Professor Messer as he is more straight to the point and the medium allows to concentrate on material.
Thank you I learned a lot hopefully you'll address the things in the rest of the survey
The instructor and supplemental material were phenominal. The course itself seemed scattered at times.
I will have to use the mentor/instructor line more often since there is not enough detailed information on the Module material. I will have to change study practices and focus on TestOut material. Their labs are frustrating but do force hands on learning.
