I'm so glad I took the step of joining ACI!

I recommend this class along with this whole course for anyone trying to get their any of their certifications for the IT field.

This was a very informative class. There is a lot of information that is given out and 10 days is almost not enough time to absorb it all. Overall the class is amazing though.

good class. very fast paced and a lot of info to take in.

The mid course review covered topics we did not discuss yet and the end of course review did not test all the topics we discussed throughout the course.

Good course. Slides needed some work. Some of the information was outdated and some questions wernt covered in the course.

Happy with the course and the instructor.

Good course. If I had a critique, I would like there to be more time in the course to allow for testing for the formal certification, that way it's done, and we can move on. I do not like the ominous cloud hanging over my head that I must retain all this information for a later date, and then stuff more information of a different nature (Net+, Sec+), also to formally test at a later date.

Overall this course taught me a lot, and learned many things along the way especially about the inside of a computer. The only thing I would change is make it longer so the material really sinks in.

I believe this course is well done as it allows for a more "hands on" experience. It does a solid job at explaining the topics it does although at times there were items or slides that seemed advanced and difficult to grasp for a beginner.
