Randy is a great instructor and very knowledgeable. He is open to explaining how certain topics work with relatable experiences

However difficult it was and is the course was made memorable and fun by the instructor, I do believe the course can be better by adding small improvements here and there like the cheat sheet for cables and even for the networks, along with the many different ports you need for core 1 mainly because it'll help transition to core 2 and Network Plus

I feel confident and more prepared in the field of Information Technology.

There is a lot of information for this course. It is good to have the labs and the ITtv videos, but, I did think that they were long winded. I learned from them but I wished they could have been shorter. Still have not finished all of module one's videos, plus watching some of the others in the other four modules, after two weeks.

Kept me engaged all week. Always looking forward to meet again and do more testing and kahoot games.

Mrs. Wong did a outstanding job with the course content.

Mr. Ronald was the best instructor I have ever had. I would really like to have him for all of my certifications and classes here at ACI Learning. He really helped me understand the course material thoroughly and effectively, ultimately enabling me to be very confident in passing my exam.
