Very beneficial course. I learnt a lot to support my role
Very good overview and introduction to EL in relation to investigations. As an experienced HR practitioner, I was hoping for a higher level of debate and content on this level 7 course so I could really learn the nitty, gritty. This was not the fault of the trainer (who was very good) but she had to gear it to the majority of the group who were new to EL.

Trainer was great - engaging and knowledgable. She really balanced well delivering the powerpoints with breaking up the day with meaningful breakout rooms. Sometimes at courses the breakout rooms feel like a waste of time, but this definitely wasn't the case. Very heavy amount of content for 2 days but I'm pleased about that - good value for money for my organisation and I've taken a lot away from these 2 days, thank you!
Shabana was very engaging and clearly well versed in her subject matter, giving plenty of opportunities to knowledge check and ask broader questions. Compared to other trainers, she used a powerpoint rather than just reading through the Bond Solon manual which felt a lot more engaging.
The case studies might need a review/update to reflect recent cases or scenarios.
The case studies sometimes contain a lack of info which leads to interpreting the scenario which could be wrong, this could be a bit more specific.
Really enjoyed this course, the sessions were really useful and pitched at the right level. The exercises were relevant and thought provoking, generating much discussion. Shabana was an excellent facilitator, demonstrating a genuine enthusiasm for the subject, which in turn led to good engagement from the entire cohort.
trainer was wonderful and very engaging. Feel this part of the course is more relevant to my role than the first part of the course
