Very good course. Made me understand more about the background behind various techniques and Minitab tools for analysing and presenting data.

Grainne did an excellent job presenting this course. As a non-Irish resident, I found her very easy to understand as she has a very slight accent and calming voice. The course material was very easy to follow and required very little notes to be taken meaning I can easily refer to them in the future.

I enjoyed the course. the lecturer was prepared, clear, at ease with the subject, and had excellent public speaking skills.,

All good and would recommend to everyone.
