The RPI training was highly effective, practical, and well-structured. It provided clear insights into identifying root causes, implementing preventive measures, and fostering continuous improvement. The combination of theory, real-world examples, and interactive problem-solving made the training both engaging and applicable.
Kirstie was so knowledgeable in her field and it was a pleasure getting to know her and the team. I highly recommend Kirstie’s training and her ability in sharing her knowledge.

Response : Hi Nikola, Thank you so much for taking the time to share this lovely feedback and for the thoughtful thank you cards for the team. Your kindness and appreciation truly mean a lot to us. We are absolutely delighted to hear that you enjoyed the Associate Trainer course. We are excited to see you continue to grow and thrive in your role. Wishing you all the best on your journey ahead!
Course was very well put together, following an intuitive and logical process from the reasons why behaviours occur, to the behaviours we may see and what these are actually communicating.
The breakaway techniques were easy, gross motor movements (as they need to be) and are proven as effective even under stress and duress.
The holding techniques are effective and legally compliant, ethical and well selected for the service users and citizens that we represent and support.
Our trainers Kirstie, Andy, Kirsty (and not forgetting Fergus) were amazing. Kirstie had amazing subject knowledge, and was a very engaging, knowledgeable and fun trainer that lives and breathes the subject knowledge and quality of delivery.
Thank you so much for the last week and everything you have passed on to us. It will change the lives of many people we support.

Kirstie was an amazing trainer. Made sure everyone was understanding and took some time in to speak to us and coach us all individually. I have really enjoyed this training course and learnt lots of new skills to help me progress to become a trainer

Being a participant on the train the trainer course has been amazing. Being taught and learning the material so that I am able to teach this to staff at my service is really useful as we will be able to make it very person centred and something will be able to be adapted and implemented in our service. I could not recommend Sherwood training enough for all services
