And yet, imagine giving so much of yourself… only to find you’re exhausted, stretched thin, or disconnected from what first inspired you. It happens to so many of us.

The truth is, self-care and dedication to your work are not mutually exclusive. They are deeply interconnected: when you nurture your own wellbeing, you have the strength, resilience, and clarity to continue making a difference - sustainably and wholeheartedly.

 

Introduction Wild about Self-care

In this workshop, you’ll learn simple, sustainable practices that fit into real life, so you can care for yourself with the same dedication you give to others. 

Take care of yourself, so you can keep caring for animals, saving species, and protecting wild places.

Wild About Self-Care is an interactive online workshop designed to give you practical tools to recharge, build resilience, and reconnect with your purpose.

Self-care isn’t about adding more to your already full plate. It’s about simple, sustainable practices that restore your energy and reconnect you to your purpose. It’s about deciding what will be on your plate, so you can keep showing up, not just for your work, but for your whole life.

That’s why Wild about Self-care was created: to give you tools, practices, and a supportive space to put yourself back on your care list.

 

The Workshop Program

Wild about Self-care takes place over two 4.5-hour sessions. Each one blends learning, reflection, and practical application.

  • Integration & resources: take-home practices and guides to support long-term wellbeing

60-minute webinar prior to the event to create your wellbeig inventory to use during the workshop
90-minute follow-up webinar to check in & help with next steps/questions
