Description
The Paediatric Basic Life Support (PBLS) course offered by A to E Training & Solutions is a 2.5-hour training session tailored for both clinical and non-clinical participants. This course equips individuals with the essential knowledge and practical skills to manage paediatric emergencies and cardiac arrests. Emphasising the importance of early intervention, the course highlights that immediate CPR and defibrillation can significantly increase survival rates in such critical situations. Participants will engage in hands-on practice, including the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and learn to respond with empathy during high-stress scenarios. The training aligns with the Core Skills Training Framework at Level 2 and is accredited by the Resuscitation Council UK.
