This interactive workshop is designed to help organisational leaders understand burnout and its root causes while highlighting the vital roles of communication, meaning and boundaries.
The session consists of three main sections:
1) What is burnout and how does burnout affect employees and organisations more broadly?
2) What contributes to burnout?
3) How can we support our teams through tough times when the risk of burnout is high?
The workshop will provide insights from the latest research on burnout and provide the opportunity to explore organisation-specific issues. As well as identifying key risk factors, the session offers practical strategies for staff and managers to create a work environment that helps prevent burnout at work.
