Description
Reflective Practice is essential to bring awareness to our work. Every day we gain knowledge and wisdom but creating the time and space to reflect on this and consider what we know and what we do is imperative to learning, development and good practice. It also helps us builds capacity for understanding, empathy and compassion, particularly when things are difficult.
What you will learn
The one-day training on reflective practice aims to equip leaders with the knowledge, confidence and skills to facilitate reflective practice with their teams. Key learning points for this session include:

• To understand what reflective capacity is and how to build it.
• To understand the necessary conditions required for effective reflective practice and consider what this looks like for your organisation.
• To understand what is meant by relational health, what this looks like in a workplace, and why how it facilitates effective reflective practice.
• To provide the opportunity to share experiences of reflective practice.
• To provide the opportunity to engage in reflective practice guided by the course facilitator.
• To introduce reflective practice tools and introduce a toolkit that can be used by delegates to help implement reflective practice with their own teams.
