Mark and Chris were knowledgeable and experienced but made the whole day fun and engaging with their down to earth friendly manner putting 20+ strangers at ease so that by the end everyone was collaborating, conversing and laughing. The course was brilliant! Mark and Chris delivered an exceptional experience that allowed us to be a part of something that will last for years to come. Mark and Chris delivered an exceptional experience that allowed us to be a part of something that will last for years to come. The work we did will support the development and enrichment of the lions. Having the opportunity to be a small part of that was great. Team building with BITE organised a superb day. The team took the time to get everything we needed, with clear instructions and very approachable for any questions or help we needed. The entire day was enjoyable and I would love the opportunity to do something like this again.
