I have just completed the Ispiraology Hypnotherapy Training in Exeter and I can genuinely say that it has been life changing and indeed trans-formative. I remember at the beginning of my journey when I was trying to find a good training provider, and it felt like such a minefield, I feel so grateful that I chose IHT. IHT is accredited with all of the regulatory bodies and follows a clear progressive curriculum which has a balance of theory and practical work. I was incredibly fortunate to be taught by Matthew who has a wealth of experience and knowledge. Furthermore, Matthew has a teaching style that is calm and gentle and yet he still has high expectations of his students.
