I really enjoyed my course, it helped me understand the process you need to go through when managing a crisis and the types of tools available to assist you. My instructor was great, really professional and knowledgable. Being able to work through everything one on one was fantastic. I feel much more confident that I could handle a crisis situation now that I have completed the course.
