Clear, accessible explanations are the course’s main strength: attendees describe the trainer as knowledgeable, informative and responsive to questions. They value the balance of humour and useful detail, including practical insights into material durability and points customers may overlook. The sessions are easy to follow and engaging, while in-person delivery helps understanding and discussion. Attendees also appreciate the concise overview and the clear presentation of key points.
