Leslie was very professional and with his own personal experiences was able to make the course more interesting and engaging. Very informative. He allowed time to practice and got everyone involved. He had some great practical scenarios that were included in the course. By far one of the best courses I have attended and would definitely recommend the course to others and the trainer Leslie.
