I had so many takeaways, I loved how you purposely connected with multiple people in the audience and allowed all of us to relate the slide materials back to our own lives. I rated a 4/5 because I wanted more thinking breaks. This would allow me to reset my attention span and actually think through the activities. As a busy professional it would be more impactful to spend 15-20 minutes afterward to summarize my takeaways instead of 1-2 hours of thinking time. Thank you for your time and energy, I’m excited to complete the course material in the slides
