Description
This one-week programme focuses on the leadership and execution aspects of strategic management. It is designed for leaders who have already built foundational strategic thinking and are now ready to drive strategy into effective organisational action. The course begins by diagnosing common execution barriers and the leadership capabilities needed to overcome them. Participants will explore how to align behaviours, focus leadership energy, and lead across complexity to drive strategic momentum. The course also addresses how to build a learning culture, foster resilience, and manage the behavioural shifts required to sustain change over time. Throughout the programme, participants will apply tools and frameworks to their own organisational challenges. They will tackle key obstacles to implementation and develop strategies to ensure that strategy remains visible, actionable, and adaptable in the face of change. The course culminates in the creation of a 90-day leadership action plan, providing participants with a clear path from insight to impactful results. This course is highly practical, grounded in the realities of leading strategy in dynamic environments. It is designed for leaders who want to refine their ability to execute strategy, drive organisational change, and achieve lasting results. The course will wrap with a summary of the key learning points, followed by an action planning exercise with a view to apply the acquired knowledge and skills immediately upon your return to work. Post-course support is also available in relation to the implementation of your action plan, up to three (3) months following course completion.
