A course of eight sessions designed to give you a simple introduction to mindfulness.
What you will learn
The sessions focus on the core practices from the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction programme, such as mindful eating, the body scan and Yoga-based mindful movement. You will learn how to use the breath and body sensations to help bring your awareness into the present and as a way of dealing with stress. We also explore alternative ways of relating to our thoughts and emotions, and of being kind to ourselves.
