This course develops the fundamental and operational skills required by learners to apply problem solving methods and analysis and to be innovative in how they approach problems and issues that may arise in budget management. The learners will be inspired to detect root causes of a problem and identify a solution through innovative, creative and collaborative approaches while engaging with stakeholders in a structured manner.
