The importance of these documents from a practical and legal perspective will be highlighted and participants will be gain the necessary competencies and confidence to ensure their written material can be relied upon in any subsequent legal proceedings.

The learning is reinforced by practical exercises and the course can also, if required, include post-incident report writing.
