About this course
This training workshop starts by highlighting the importance of an organizational vision. It is essential that everyone in an organization knows where it is going. We discuss the multiple ways of achieving this vision; agree how to decide the “best” way, and then create a viable and realistic strategic plan. This incorporates where an organization wants to be and how to get there.
