I really enjoyed the course but I would have preferred this to have been in person so I could have practiced techniques learnt today.
The training was practical and informative. It has boosted my confidence and i have acquired court presentation skills. The facilitator was knowledgeable and engaging everyone and providing practical examples. I have enjoyed MOC questions and practical examples.
