Course delivery was spot on and quite interactive. Working in groups was a good simulation for real-life team working scenarios.

Overall a really good/ beneficial and interactive course which keeps everyone interested. FInbarr explained the next steps really well to keep everyone in the loop with the plan ahead.

Course was very informative and I now feel I could carry out an internal audit of our site processes and procedures etc.

I like the fact we coild go off into groups and work wuth share screen and that was used back in the core group to see what waa done by other too mainkong it more visual and a bit more face to face.

A good course overall. Some IT issues but all were resolved.
